How we handle information

When you use the contact form, your name, email address, organisation and message are sent directly to the Forum's enquiries inbox. The website does not store contact-form submissions.

If you ask to receive occasional notes, we store your email address, subscription status, source, confirmation token while it is pending, and the time of confirmation. We send a confirmation email before activating a subscription. An unsubscribe link is included in that email; using it marks the subscription as unsubscribed and clears its confirmation token.

Subscriber records are retained so that subscription status can be respected. Contact-form messages are handled in the Forum's email inbox; the retention period for that inbox requires confirmation. For questions about this notice or your information, contact info@thefutureforum.net.
